1 1/2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

1/2 oz sweet vermouth

1/2 oz coconut washed Campari (you can feel free to substitute regular Campari)

3 drops of St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram (use eyedropper)

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir till chilled (30 seconds). Strain into branded rocks glass with large cube. Garnish with Campari soaked pineapple wedge.
