You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Boat
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
¾ oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in glass shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds. Strain into branded rocks glass filled with ice. Add several dashes of Ango/Peyschaud bitters (to look like blood.) Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
