Don't Go into the Water
2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
3/4 oz lemon
1/2 oz Cointreau (or another orange liqueur)
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 small drop of indigo (diluted indigo from eyedropper)
Absinthe rinse (optional)
Combine all ingredients in glass shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with gummy shark.
