2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
1/2 oz Cocchi Rosa
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz spiced syrup*
1/4 oz lemon juice
3 dashes Regan's bitters
Egg white
Combine all ingredients except egg white in glass shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds. Strain and discard ice. Add egg white. Dry shake for 20-25 seconds until frothy. Strain into chilled coupe.
*Spiced Syrup
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
2 tbs whole all spice
2 tbs whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks, broken into pieces
Add all ingredients to saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat until sugar has completely dissolved. Add all spice. Stir occasionally. Let infuse for 20-30 minutes. Strain spices. Allow to cool. Keep refrigerated when not in use.
