Our Double Barrel Gin is the newest member of the Stonecutter family, and our first spirit developed under the Berg brother’s stewardship.
Like our Single Barrel Gin, time spent in Kentucky bourbon barrels gives our newest gin a distinctive straw color and adds warm notes of toasted caramel. The Double Barrel Gin then spends equal time in Navy Yard rum barrels. The rum barrels deepen the botanical complexity of the gin, and add new notes of apricot, fig, and custard.
The result? Our Double Barrel Gin is even smoother and more sippable than our flagship Single Barrel Gin! Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or try your hand at crafting cocktails that will complement it’s nuanced complexity.
