1 ½ oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

1 bar spoon Runamok Cardamom Infused Maple Syrup (diluted 2:1, recipe below)

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 lemon twist

1 orange twist

 

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, being sure to express and then add the citrus peels. Stir. Strain into a dessert glass. 

 

Meanwhile shave the ice, and form it into a sphere. Place the ice ball on top of the cocktail, top with warm Runamok cardamom syrup blend, and serve with a spoon.

Diluted Runamok Cardamom Syrup

1 part hot water

2 parts Runamok Cardamom Maple Syrup

 

Combine. Let cool and use.

Runamok Cardamom Syrup Blend

1 part Runamok Cardamom Maple Syrup

1 part Grade B extra thick VT maple syrup

 

Combine syrups. Heat in the microwave or stovetop until bubbly. Use immediately
