Sugar House Widow cocktail

1 ½ oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

1 oz Blueberry Juice Concentrate (recipe follows)

½ oz Runamok Cardamom Infused Maple Syrup

¼ oz lemon juice  

2-3 tablespoons of maple sugar, for rimming glass


Cut a lemon in half, and use one half to edge a vintage martini glass. Rim the martini glass rim in maple sugar, and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and fill with gin and blueberry juice, and give a couple shakes to mix it up. Let sit while you squeeze the lemon juice. Add lemon juice and maple syrup to shaker. Shake for about 20-30 seconds so the maple syrup mixes well. Pour into the maple sugar rimmed cocktail glass.


Blueberry Juice Concentrate

Reserve the juice left over from thawing frozen blueberries. Strain the juice.
