So Fancy cocktail

1 ½ oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin

¾ oz Lustau Fino Sherry

½ oz Maple Pear Reduction (recipe below)

¼ oz lemon juice

2 Bosc Pears, muddled


Muddle pears in shaking tin. Add all remaining ingredients into shaker. Shake over ice and strain into a tall glass with crushed ice. Garnish with sliced pear.


Maple Pear Reduction

2 parts Pomme de Vie Apple Brandy

1 part Runamok Cinnamon + Vanilla infused Maple Syrup

1 Bosc pear, sliced


Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium low heat and reduce until desired consistency, let pears cool and set aside for muddling.
