2 oz Stonecutter Sprits Heritage Cask Whiskey
2 oz simple syrup (recipe below)
4-5 fresh mint leaves, roughly torn
In glass combine mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle together with a muddler or handle of a wooden spoon. Top with crushed ice, put in splash of water and whiskey. Garnish with sprig of mint and serve.
50% Runamok Ginger Root Infused Maple Syrup
50% cold water (for example 1/4 cup syrup + 1/4 cup water).
