1 oz. Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey
1 oz. Eden Orleans Bitter
1 oz. red wine syrup
1/2 oz. cold brew coffee (Abracadabra coffee)
3 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl mole bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir well to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with cheddar cheese coated in espresso bean and dark chocolate.
