2 oz. Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey
1/2 oz. Malavados Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Disarrono
2 1/2 oz. tamarind juice
1 dash chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients in a glass shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied tamarind.
