2 oz. Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey
1/2 oz. Amaro Ciociaro
1/4 oz. smoked peach shrub
1 teaspoon Maraschino
3 dashes Bittermans Xocolatl mole bitters
5 drops saline solution
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir well to chill. Julep strain into double old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Shave cinnamon over the whole drink. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
