Butter Nut Pout

2 oz. Stonecutter Spirits Heritage Cask Whiskey
3/4 oz. roasted butternut squash puree
1/2 oz. spiced Vermont maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir well to chill. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a large ice cube containing whole star anise and clove frozen inside.
