Pouring Ribbons

  • 2 oz Single Barrel Gin
  • 1/4 oz green tea syrup (recipe to follow)
  • 2 dashes Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Place all ingredients and ice in shaker glass. Shake vigorously. Strain into coupe or tulip glass. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber peel and edible flowers.

Green Tea Syrup

2 green tea bags

1 cup boiling water

1 cup sugar

Steep tea bags in boiling water for five minutes, then discard. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool before use.
