- 2 oz Heritage Cask Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Averna
- 2 bar spoons toasted marshmallow syrup
- 4 dashes black walnut bitters
- 1/4 oz cream
Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker glass. Shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds, strain into rocks glass filled with large ice cube. Garnish with orange twist and graham cracker.
Toasted marshmallow syrup: Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar to saucepan, heat until dissolved. Toast 6 marshmallows over flame till lightly charred. Add to warm syrup and whisk till dissolved completely. Strain through cheesecloth.
